 In Cuba, for the last  40 yrs , the housing  needs  have been in excess of 2,5 millions units. It is  important to point to the fact that in Cuba  there are at this moment four Cement plant factories. and that prior to the Castro's regime Cuba only had two  Cement plants...but construction was booming...and the conditions we see now a days under the regime  shows the dire contrasts between a capitalist economic  system and the so called "socialist'' one...
